The .pc takes care of the updated include path, and this had both in
the past but only kept the drm/ one now. So only possible breakage is
whoever who isn't/wasn't using pkg-config.
On the other hand, everything else used to sit in drm/ already, so
that path should also be there. Only possible breakage is those who have
only -I${prefix}, and include the headers with their respective paths.
So fallout should be limited, and should be easy to fix in a way that is
also backwards compatible.
