Run the xscreensaver (5.07) hack as:
/usr/libexec/xscreensaver/gflux -mode grab -fps
I get 12 fps, 77% load, 460 polygons with my Radeon 9550. Compare this to my
Matrox G400 MAX which gives me 20 fps, 60% load, 460 polygons.
