Bug detailed description:

  when run glswap with vblank_mode=2,the buffer swap is too slow ,but sometime
it also can work well.and it also happens on 945gm.In dmesg we can get the
error info: [drm:i915_get_vblank_counter] *ERROR* trying to get vblank count
for disabled pipe 0]




Reproduce steps:
----------------
1. startx 
2.vblank-mode=2 ./glswap



Current result:
----------------
run at a low preformance




Expected result:
----------------
work well
