Latest git drm causes a kernel panic on a VIA KM400A. Git drm of a few weeks
ago on the same 2.6.23 kernel works fine.
Loading the drm and via kernel modules causes no trouble, but then starting X
produces a locked box and two blinking keyboard leds.

Doing a git-bisect and taking a guess at the first miscompile, I did find good
and bad revisions again. It then said this was the first bad commit:
