glean/glsl1 have 2 fails with the latest mesa master. This bug report is
targeted for the 2nd failure, as 1st failure you can see bug [13837] :
Expected color: 0.25, 0, 0, 0.25
Observed color: 0, 0, 0, 0
glsl1: FAIL rgba8, db, z24, s8, win+pmap, id 33
170 tests passed, 2 tests failed.
this happens whether or not INTEL_NO_TTM set.
Reproduce steps:

run glean case glsl by:
./glean -r ResultDir -t glsl1
