No, I'm explicitly not talking about moderation of non-subscriber posts. But
subscriber posts often have delays too.

For instance this weekend. Some mails I sent needed more than 2 days to arrive
(though yes, the redistribution after months hasn't happened recently).

Certainly it's due to sf.net (there's a note that mailing lists had problems the
weekend at sf.net). But there are other solutions available than sf.net.
