You are quite right, we should get rid of the code that forces fbLocation to
0. Aside from not setting INIT_MISC_LAT_TIMER, it causes problems with video
capture on All-in-Wonder style cards.
I removed the offending lines - could people with R300 test recent X.org
CVS code ?
In particular, it might improve stability on Radeon 9800 cards.
