Since updating to X.Org 6.8.2 I see these warning/errors in the Xserver
logfile:
Skipping "/usr/X11R6/lib/modules/extensions/libGLcore.a:m_debug_clip.o": No
symbols found
Skipping "/usr/X11R6/lib/modules/extensions/libGLcore.a:m_debug_norm.o": No
symbols found
Skipping "/usr/X11R6/lib/modules/extensions/libGLcore.a:m_debug_xform.o": No
symbols found
Looking at the sources it seems that these symbols are only included when DEBUG
is set (obviously it was not set in my build).
So can these warnings/errors be ignored and is this only a bug in Imakefile so
these files should not have been included by libGLcore.a when DEBUG is not set?
