There are copies in:
mesa/src/mesa/drivers/dri/dri_client/imports
dri/agpgart
dri/xc/xc/programs/Xserver/hw/xfree86/os-support

I'll add this back to dri/drm/libdrm until someone tells me otherwise,
mesa-solo can't build without it.

Since it defines the interface to libdrm.a, I had always just assumed it would go where the libdrm.a source was. That seems the most logical place to me. However, I would be open to changing its name.
