AGPGART core initialises.

And blows up horribly instead of handling the failure.
Andi cleaned up the Intel GART driver detection code somewhat in the AGP patches
in -mm, but it broke somewhat. Unless we figure out why in the next day or two
then I'll back out his patch. Dropping the bk-agpgart patch from -mm should
fix this for you, though the DRI folks also need to fix the i830 DRM driver to
not oops when agpgart has failed.
