With a 2.6 kernel, you also need to load the chipset specific AGP module. I guess the log message could be improved about that.

Sorry for asking such a stupid question but since I was using a pre-compiled package, I forgot to read the "Building-HOWTO" documentation which mentions this issue.
Michel, maybe you should add a note about this in your README.Debian on your page.
Now, can anybody explain why in fullscreen mode, only half of the screen is used ? That is to say that I have an image is shrinked to fit the first half of the screen.
Note that this is not a DRI issue since I aldeady saw this when I upgraded XFree4.3 but I didn't pay attention...
