No, i am no developer but that sounds just great!
Is this just about FreeBSD? Linux drivers have no 3d support yet, afaik.

Well, i have a Matrox P650 (which is a "halved" parhelia and pretty 
cheap!) and i hope someone will do this driver. Its not just about 
parhelia, the Matrox P650/P750 could be using the driver too! Both are 
excellent cards and offer enough 3d performance for some quake1 maybe 
quake3!!?? not tested yet as the card still has to arrive...

So, support for three new cards in one mtx driver sounds just great, 
isnt it?
