There is a laptop kernel-patch for 2.4.22 including IGP-Chipset support under
http://www.sonarnerd.net/projects/linux (2.4.22-jl15.patch.bz2). It has acpi,
cpufreq and many other useful updates for laptops too. Works good for me with
the XFree86-patch from 2003-10-18 and the development snapshot 4.3.99.14. The
framerates in games (not in glxgears) with 4.3.99.14 are higher (ca. 30%)
compared with 4.3.99.13 and lower. Network, Sound, USB and all other modules
work too at the same time changing radeon.h disabling IRQ-sharing.
