Hmm.. I follow dri-devel, but I didn't see any patches. I assume there is
a separate patch-list.
Since I'm not generally interested in most DRI patches, and since I _do_
try to keep the current kernels up-to-date wrt the DRI repository anyway,
maybe people who do DRI kernel patches could just Cc: me on them?
That still won't guarantee that I'll respond to them, of course, but at
least I'll be aware of them at some level.

It should be pretty portable, since it handles any kind of irq return
value - whether void or not. So the BSD's should be happy with it too.

Hey, there's a few other #define's I hate that are pointless for a modern
kernel, but I don't have as clean solutions to them, and I can generally
just filter them out by hand when I do the merge.
