Absolutely, I intend to commit http://www.penguinppc.org/~daenzer/DRI/radeon-pcigart.diff (which preserves behaviour for the architectures where PCIGART_ENABLED used to be defined) soon unless someone comes up with a compelling reason why not to. PCI Radeon owners please try this and let us know how it goes.
