Dear list (and especially those with access to NDA'd ATI specs), I've been trying to get the TV-out of my Radeon M7-P (7500 Mobility) going, but to no avail. I've read all postings and googled all googlings with no ready answers.
I merged the TV-out activation/querying from the GATOS development branch radeon_driver.c with atitvout (http://www.stud.uni-hamburg.de/users/lennart/projects/atitvout/) also with little success. It seems that some of the VBE calls are different between Radeon and Radeon 7500 mobility. Could someone who might have access to NDA'd ATI specs for the Radeon M7-P check the atitvout source? It's terribly simple, it makes use of LRMI to make real mode interrupt calls into VBE and the relevant file is radeon.c, so it all comes down to the setting up of a few x86 registers and calling int10.
