Bad news :( My collegue who have ATI Radeon 7500 QW (AGP) reported this:
he using 20020625 snapshot
from XFree86.0.log
...
(II) RADEON(0): [drm] drmSetBusid failed (7, PCI:1:0:0), Permission denied
(EE) RADEON(0): [dri] DRIScreenInit failed. Disabling DRI.
...
DRI still not work!
PS It's not a gcc problem (because ALTLinux have the same gcc-2.96-110).
