We do need people...we're not desperate. It's amazing what a few *good*
people can do.

Be carefull not to over estimate the ability to program in 'C'. The
real key here is having a strong interest in Graphics Technology.
Highly motiviated individual who don't program can still be helpful in
testing, giving user feedback and helping with documentation.
Programmers however need to go much deeper than knowing 'C'. Having a
strong understanding of systems programming and a fundemental idea of
how the graphics pipeline works is critical. We would like to find more
developers with that kind of background, or strong desire to develop
that kind of background.

In the end, I would recommend you make more people aware of our project
and the kind of work we do. However, I would avoid just recruiting
"programmers".

Does that make sense?

The idea of raising the visibility of our project is a good one. I'm
copying dri-devel because there are no bad questions.
