You're quite right, Sergey. This problem will most surely hunt us as gcc3 
becomes more mainstream. Nevertheless, there is no guarantee that the 
problem is in the DRM interface, or for example in the linux headers. So 
until gcc-3.1 is considered officially as a recommended compiler to the 
linux kernel, and since we now know how to circumvent it, I personally 
prefer to dedicate to other more demanding matters.
