Links to published specs is a good idea. Intel's i810 specs are
published as well. There may be others.

All the 3DLabs specs I have seen have been under NDA, so I don't think
they fall into the catagory of published specs.
Please keep in mind there are many levels of openess by a vendor:
Closed API's, Closed Source [most closed]
Standard API's, Closed Implementations deployed on closed OS
Standard API's, Closed Implementations deployed on open OS
Standard API's, Partially closed infrastructure deployed on open OS
Standard API's, Open Infrastructure, Closed Drivers
Standard API's, Open Infrastructure, Partially closed drivers
Standard API's, Open Source, Specs not available
Standard API's, Open Source, Specs available under NDA
Standard API's, Open Source, Published Specs [most open]
I for one am glad to see most vendors working in the more open end of
this spectrum, and don't want to inadvertantly drive vendors away from
the open end by being to pushy.
