Hello,

I have founded one corner, where the beast can be ;-)

My Linux uses FB device, why, I don't know. When I make new kernel without FB,
it will boot, but I see only black hole.

But this FB reserved 8MB at 0x40000000 by mtrr. It is exactly where a XFree86
would go too. It have trying to reserve 16MB at 0x40000000 and it always
failed.

I mean, i can say to FB where the valid memory region is. But I would like to
have more generally solution. Have anybody on the list a laptop too? What
have you made?

Regards
Alex

P.S. I make yet 2 weeks holyday. No chance for quick answer.-)
