The FullScreen support was designed for page flipping; however, I don't
know how complete this work is. The drivers I have seen with this
extension supported, including the Radeon, have it disabled with ifdefs.

There was some work done to support AGP blits on the G400. I don't know
how complete that work is, and I haven't seen it done for any other
