Ok sorry I wasn't more specific.  First of all, I run at 1024x768 at 16 bit 
color for the most part(this is the depth where I see errors).  I'm currently 
using XFree86 4.1.0, which is what is in debian unstable right now.  The 
problem has occurder accross multiple kernels ranging back to like the 2.4.12 
days or probably even before that.  As I said before I have the original 
Radeon 32 DDR.  As for the output of lspci -vv it is as follows:
