On r128_tex.c the 't' debug output statement on r128AllocTexObj shouldn't
be there and has no meaning.

Instead it should be:
fprintf( stderr, __FUNCTION__"( %p )\n", texObj);
If there is no objections and if nobody else does it before I'll commit
this myself.
