They are sent out via email to dri-patches.  I don't know if many people
subscribe to that.  I'm not a big fan of the sourceforge bug system - although
it does mean that bugs don't get lost, they aren't necessarily going anywhere
fast on there either.  

This problem is visible on the radeon too, I haven't had time to investigate
why, but I assume it is the same fault as the radeon driver was cloned from
the r128.  I will be looking at outstanding radeon bugs over the next week or
two, so I should be able to come up with a solution in that timeframe.
