Actually, I've been using the DRM tdfx module that shipped with 4.0.x with
Linux kernel 2.2.19. This is with a PCI card based on the Voodoo Banshee
chip (Guillemot Maxi Gamer Phoenix.) About AGP, I know nothing.
By 4.0.x I mean 4.0.1, then the 4.0.x branch from CVS, from around 4.0.2
until 4.1.0 came out. As Brian says, the DRI included with 4.1.0 does
require 2.4.x.
