Connect all DP PHY operation callbacks for QCS615, including init,
power_on/off, configure, and calibrate. This patch also adds
support for DP-specific clock registration, TCSR parsing, and
AUX bridge integration.

With this change, the DP PHY functional flow is fully implemented and
aligned with the QMP combo PHY design.
