Patch to workaround FATAL issue on VCE2.0 ringtest initialization .
Note: Its just workaround .
I see 2 problems :
- Issue with HW initialization. ( why VCE2.0 ringtest not pass )
- Driver-cleanup issue : cause ( Memory manager not clean during takedown.)
