Well, it seems to have worked... Since I just got an email from it! ;)
I did notice that it seems to have run the build in the C:\Temp
directory, and not the specific sandbox path I configured for the
module.  I'll see if I can repro on my box at work since it's the same
configuration.  Another issue I've noticed is that if the service and
client are not installed into the same folder, the service cannot start.

I tried that config. It failed. I switched to CVSNT for the client. Now
that I am more familiar with Draco.Net I should spend some time making
it work with cygwin's cvs port :)
