Thanks, but this may be redundant. Draco.NET generates it's config from an
XSD schema in the first place.  See the file draco\service\config\Config.xsd
[1].  Can you confirm if your schema has any additional benefits over this
schema?

Also, on a side note, I noticed that you put your schema under a GPL
license.  We won't accept any submissions to the Draco.NET project that are
GPL'd (it would pollute the entire codebase).
