Your sieve filter is executing sendmail, and this is taking over 30 seconds to

i am agree is an ancient version of Dovecot but i think dovecot is great
and working for sieve-filter, dovecot-lda and 10MB mail attachment :)

2.3.13 (89f716dc2)
This is very ancient version of Dovecot. Also it took 30 seconds to send the
mail with sendmail and wasn't even finished. Maybe the problem lies there?
