I'd like to add that allowing to save messages via virtual folder to some folder
by change it defintion to

-Trash
-Trash/*
-Junk
-Junk/*
all
doesn't help and syncronization fails as usual:

And to share my setup of virtual folder which is quite simple:

comment = All messages without Trash and Junk
}
mailbox Flagged {

comment = All flagged messages without Trash and Junk
}
