Converting dot-namespaced Maildir to /-namespaced

I have a couple of domains on my server, all of them namespaced with a 
dot. It's 10-15 mailboxes at the most. Is there good way to convert them 
to / (slash) namespaced folders? Maybe some bash script lying around 
somewhere?
