Just create a new project in that website, then you can add the ASP files to
the project. There is an option on the top of the solution explorer to
"show all files". Then you will be able to see the ASP pages and you can
right click on .asp files and "include in project"

Subject: Connecting to Existing Web site

I have an existing web site on my workstation (Win XP Pro) and I
want to connect VS.Net to the site at the root so I can edit the existing
asp web pages. When I say to create a new project, VS.Net only gives me a
few choices of creating a .net application and such. I used to use VS
Interdev to connect to the site as a root site and in master mode. Can I
not do that with VS.Net? When I create a .Net web project it creates a few
files in the root of the site but will not show the existing web pages (ASP
and HTM) or any of the existing directories. What do I need to do to
connect to the root of a web server so I can change the existing pages?
