Gina
You reminded me of a concert I went to with Rick at Universal Amphitheater in
the 90s. Can't even remember what year it was but, towards the end of the
concert I got up on the folding chair and started dancing. I remember we
were in the 4th row center. There were just 2 people on chairs, me and some
guy about 5 chairs away in the same row. Some of the guys in the band seemed
to be looking our way when Rick decides he's going to get up on his chair. I
tried to help him up when his foot hit my chair and that's all it took for
that chair to fold with me on it, LOL. I ended up in the lap of the guy
sitting next to me with my leg stuck in my chair. At least it was a soft
landing. Rick ended up with his foot STUCK in my chair and we got all
tangled up. This was not the time to be playing "Twister." It was pretty
funny.
I remember how embarrassed I was because it was so obvious that I was on the
chair and then POOF I was gone, on my butt...LOL. It seemed as though every
one of the brothers on stage saw it happen. Not to mention everyone behind
us. It was kind of like tripping over a small crack in the sidewalk and you
look around to see if anyone saw you trip.
Ahh the memories!
Have a Doobieful Day!
Lori the klutz.
