Olivier, In the printed books I have not followed the convention that chapters should start on odd-numbered page, because I did not want to have blank pages. But If I want to do it, here is the method I use: I make the First Page style right-page only. Then when exporting to PDF, check the box for including automatic blank pages. Default Page Style stays mirrored.
