To help everybody with the symbols used by Apple on their keyboards, I have uploaded a small document (macOS Keyboard Shortcuts) with the official keyboard shortcuts from the Apple support website. The file is on NextCloud in the English Contributor Resources folder. Please feel free to download and use.
The fonts used are Liberation Serif and Liberation Sans so there should no problem copying and pasting the symbols into an LO document.
