Thank you for that review - I have accepted all your suggestions. With
regards to your question about the description of how the software
behaves when the offline help isn't installed, I have reverted the
description to match that in the other books.
I will now take a little time to check layouts of each chapter, generate
chapter PDFs and compile the book.
Would you be prepared to cast your eye over the compiled book when I am
finished?
