Steve, In the copyright statement, the URLs should be https: not http: The back cover image should be behind the text box, not in front. I did not find anything else. I have amended the book ODT, regenerated the PDF, and uploaded them to NextCloud. IMO the book is ready for publication.
I have not changed the copyright URLs in the chapter files, but you or Olivier may wish to do so.
