The directory structure on NextCloud has been changed to the proposed directory structure. This is a trial run to see if the this directory structure works OK.
All files for review are now in the Work In Progress folder. The filename now has a version number added followed by the initials of the creator. For example IG7007-OleSpreadsheetsChartsOtherObjects-01-PS.odt. When you have reviewed a file, please add you initials to the filename and place the file back into the Work In Progress folder. For example IG7007-OleSpreadsheetsChartsOtherObjects-01-PS-SH.odt. When the changes are reviewed by the file creator and incorporated, the version number is increased and the creator adds their initials to the filename after the reviewer’s initials. For example IG7007-OleSpreadsheetsChartsOtherObjects-02-PS-SH-PS.odt. All the previous versions of the file are then placed into there Archive folder to maintain a history of how the document has been developed. Finished chapters are made ready for publishing and placed in the Published folder. You will see this in the Impress Guide folders. Please let me know your suggestions, comments and thoughts on this.
