Perhaps we don't need the individual chapter files uploaded to the
wiki. This practice was started years ago at OOo, for reasons that I
no longer remember. Perhaps, starting with v7, we should leave them
out. Something to consider.

A way to upload multiple files at a time could still be useful, for
other purposes.
