While looking at the character map, I was interested to know if there
will be the inclusion of:
Latin capital letter middle-welsh LL (U+1EFA 'Ỻ')
Latin small letter middle-welsh LL (U+1EFB 'ỻ')
Latin capital letter middle-welsh V (U+1EFC 'Ỽ')
Latin small letter middle-welsh V (U+1EFD 'ỽ')
