Meanwhile, it appears that the <Limit> remark refers to the old-style directives, while the example has been "upgraded" to the new style RequireAny syntax. I'll try to do some digging to figure out when that change was made, and update the comment to reflect the new syntax. Sorry for the very slow response to this.
