Michele and Michael have finished editing the Calc Guide and I will review their changes and make any changes needed to publish the individual chapters. Michael asked about being mentioned somewhere as a contributor. I think the Acknowledgments paragraph would be an appropriate place to do that. Does anyone have an objection? Would anyone else like to be mentioned?
