Hi Keith, I just emailed a document directly to your personal email. Do you have any comment on my suggestion to only publish the individual chapters? In addition to saving you the work of compiling the book now, it would make updating chapters easier because the book would not have to be rebuilt for every chapter edit. There is now a very high barrier to making any edits once a guide is published. Francis
