Keith - I just noticed that the 3.3 version of the Getting Started Guide posted at [1] includes a chapter named Getting Started with Macros. That chapter was not included in the Getting Started document in the Apache Git repository. I think including that chapter would be valuable. Do you remember where you got the repo version of the guide? If I add a chapter, we will have to be sure I do not mess up any references to chapter numbers. Cross references within chapters are done with fields but between chapters they are done with plain text, e.g. "See chapter 7 for more details" where the 7 is manually entered.
