By the next meeting, There will be an Alpha release of the handbook, in which a good introduction and an overview and explanation of Virtaal and POEdit will be included.
@ Kitouni Seems that the unit about PO file structure isn't very important. If you have been editing the unit about PO file structure lately, please send me your modifications asap! Else, I will be rewriting a short summary for now to replace the existing text, and your revision will be later on added as an appendix.
