Sorry again about that, it is fixed now (including those additional 
dependencies), double-tested, and the fixed package will be available 
from your nearest Debian mirror soon, or grab now directly from:

http://people.debian.org/~terminus/binary/docbookwiki_0.9.1cvs-2_all.deb

I don't know how it worked for me before, because it shouldn't have... 
anyway, all fixed now.
