Good morning Stanley, As far as I can understand what Amreesh has written, he has done two things. First he has put the responsibility back to Airtel in that he says " the member is delegated the management of the reverse zone associated with the prefix allocated". I take it that the "member" he refers to is Airtel. Secondly he has provided a link that explains how to do it. If you disagree with Amreesh will you please tell him and Adam why and if you need help I am sure Amreesh will assist otherwise will you please proceed in the manner indicated and let us know when you have.

As such we do not maintain any PTR record. As we allocate a prefix to a member, the member is delegated the management of the reverse zone associated with the prefix allocated. The member should inform the parent (AFRINIC) where which authoritative name servers are being used by creating a domain object in the WHOIS database. More information here: <https://www.afrinic.net/our-factsheets/216-how-to-request-reverse-delegation-in-afrinic-region> Hope this helps.
