Since there appears to be more interest in updating RFC 2931 on SIG(0) in
the DNSSD group, after some discussions with the WG chairs,
draft-eastlake-rfc2931bis-sigzero has been move to target DNSSD and a
revised version has been posted as a -00 personal draft as below.

Abstract:

   This document specifies use of the SIGZERO and SIG(0) Domain Name
   System (DNS) Resource Records (RRs) to provide public key based
   authentication of DNS requests and transactions.  This document
   obsoletes RFC 2931.
